Where's My Order?

Once your order is placed, you'll receive:

• An order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
• A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link as soon as your dress leaves our atelier.

Use the tracking link in that email to follow your package from dispatch to delivery. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within the processing window listed in our Shipping Policy, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number.
