We want you to feel exceptional in your Jad Adam Paris dress. If your purchase isn't quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the dress must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn — must be unworn and only tried on for size.
- Unwashed — no signs of washing, damage, or wear.
- Tags attached — original product tags must remain attached.
- Original packaging — returned in its original packaging where possible.
Dresses clearly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is faulty.
2. How to Start a Return
Contact our team through our Contact page and include your order number and the reason for your return.
Our team will review your request, confirm eligibility, and provide the next steps.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the dress arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your returned dress is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your dress arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the dress and packaging so our team can review the issue quickly.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size? Mention your preferred size when submitting your return or exchange request.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, our team will advise you on the available options.
